Tanker Truck GPS Electronic Seal Monitoring and Management System
Application
(1) GPS Electronic Seal System for In-transit Supervision of Hazardous Materials Transportation
This system utilizes digital technology, network technology, and database technology to provide the dispatch center with functions such as vehicle control, monitoring, and remote configuration. It can also read various vehicle parameters. By using the vehicle dispatch and monitoring system to manage vehicle operations, the following objectives can be achieved to facilitate delivery:
(2) Application of Online Logistics In-transit Information Supervision
This solution is mainly applied to the supervision of general logistics, express logistics, and third-party transportation methods. By using GPS electronic locks to secure the rear and side doors of box trucks or container trucks, the process starts from the departure point and uses preset sealing cards (such as NFC or Mifare One cards) to complete supervision tasks (mobile NFC can also be used for sealing and unsealing).
During transportation, the GPS electronic lock continuously sends GPS information and lock status to the platform, allowing shippers, fleet managers, and recipients to access cargo information. Upon arrival at the destination, the recipient can use a preset unsealing card to unlock the electronic lock. When an alarm is triggered, backend managers are required to confirm, review, and handle it.
Integrated In-transit Information Supervision Application
This solution is mainly applied to customs supervision locations, self-operated logistics park distribution enterprises, and merchant distribution supervision. In logistics parks or customs supervision areas, an inspection station system is established. This system integrates the inspection station's electronic license plate or IC card recognition equipment with the electronic lock system. It is necessary to install an electronic lock reader at the inspection station to connect with the inspection station system.
GPS electronic locks are installed on the rear and side doors of box trucks or container trucks. At the departure point, the electronic locks are sealed by the reader when passing through the inspection station. During transportation, the GPS electronic locks continuously send GPS information and lock status to the platform, allowing shippers, fleet managers, and recipients to access cargo information. After arriving at the destination inspection station, the reader automatically unseals the electronic locks after electronic data verification. Then, the recipient can open the electronic locks directly. When an alarm is triggered, backend managers are required to confirm, review, and handle it.

(6) Customs Electronic Lock, Green Lock, E-Port Logistics, Bonded Logistics Supervision, Import and Export Airport Logistics Monitoring Center Management System
The GPS electronic lock can receive real-time in-transit information and status updates via a computer software platform or the WeChat APP client on mobile phones. It supports real-time monitoring of vehicles in transit, enabling users to access logistics vehicle information and track and protect goods in real time. In addition, the WeChat APP client can be used to seal and unseal the GPS electronic lock and is also compatible with IC cards. The computer software platform allows for remote wireless control. The GPS electronic lock is also equipped with a tamper-proof alarm system, which can record and store important data such as operation reports, trajectory playback, unlocking time, and locking time.
