Case Study on Grain Storage and Transportation Supervision: Suolianda Secures the "Safety Belt" for Grain Storage and Transportation

Current Status of Grain Storage
Currently, my country's grain industry is still in the exploratory stage of utilizing technologies such as big data and the Internet of Things for supervision. The grain storage and transportation supervision system mainly consists of two links: grain storage and transportation. Among these, the supervision of grain storage in warehouses and the safety of grain during transportation urgently need to be addressed.
1. Grain Storage Supervision Issues
Grain depots are often located in remote areas near processing plants. During warehouse inspections or entry/exit, the lack of information-based records at warehouse doors poses risks such as grain swapping, damage to goods due to inadequate inspections, and insufficient temperature and humidity control.
2. Low Level of Storage Intelligence
Grain storage operations largely rely on traditional manual or mechanical operations, resulting in low efficiency and insufficient intelligence.
3. Safety Issues During Grain Transportation
During transportation, inadequate supporting safety facilities make it difficult to guarantee the safety of grain during transit.

Technical Architecture

System Framework

Grain warehouse supervision

On-transit supervision

Establish a complete chain of processes:
self-service machine lock issuance -> fenced-off sealing -> automatic video recording during sealing -> in-transit monitoring -> destination checkpoint verification -> fenced-off unsealing -> automatic video recording during unsealing -> self-service machine lock return -> grain unloading at the station. This promotes unmanned and intelligent system supervision.

Lockchain Platform Introduction
01. Information Tracking
Vehicle driving information and alarm information can be viewed at any time, providing security for grain transport vehicles en route.
Grain temperature and humidity are monitored throughout the transport process to ensure cargo safety.
Storage point information can be viewed at any time, including grain temperature and humidity, personnel entry and exit records, grain entry and exit records, and electronic lock device status.
02. Transportation Anomaly Monitoring
Automatic alarms will be triggered if grain transport vehicles deviate from their routes, do not match business paths, or exceed parking time limits during transport.
Supports alarms for illegal unlocking, lock cutting, and lock body damage.
03. Vehicle Positioning
Records the location of vehicles in motion on a map.
Can be searched for any vehicle belonging to the account's unit, distinguishing vehicle status (stopped, moving).
Supports video capture and playback during grain loading operations at the origin, ensuring that staff perform sub-lock sealing operations according to regulations.
Supports viewing trajectory playback and blind spot information supplementation.
04. Grain Storage Point Supervision
This helps grain storage enterprises strengthen grain storage safety by improving the meticulous management of entry and exit points, warehouse patrols, and door locking/unlocking, reducing the risk of cargo damage, and ensuring safety and control during grain storage and transportation.
It also strengthens safety warnings for waterlogging and fire prevention in grain storage areas, addressing problems such as cargo damage and inadequate temperature and humidity control caused by insufficient inspections.

Application Product Introduction

Case Benefits
1. Significantly Improved Supervision Efficiency
Through remote data collection, encryption, and networked transmission technologies, high-quality grain and oil supervision is achieved. Clients can obtain real-time data on temperature, humidity, and other factors during grain storage and transportation, ensuring grain quality and improving supervision efficiency.
2. Drastically Reduced Supervision Costs
Intelligent management reduces labor costs, minimizes inventory losses, and enhances economic efficiency.
3. Guaranteed Safety in Transit
Multiple anti-theft measures during transportation between grain warehouses and processing plants ensure the quality and safety of the grain.
