Background

Refrigerated trucks are widely used for temperature‑sensitive cargo such as fresh food, vaccines, frozen ingredients and temperature‑controlled chemicals. These goods require stable compartment sealing and temperature control. Traditional transport relies only on manual driver inspection, while unauthorized door opening, cargo swapping, refrigeration unit failure and temperature deviation are difficult to detect in time. In case of cargo damage, liability identification and traceability become challenging.

HHDlink Refrigerated Truck Security Application provides an integrated solution for cold‑chain transport, combining compartment door sealing and temperature status monitoring.

Solution Introduction

This solution adopts G‑300 smart electronic locks and X‑10L temperature sensing terminals. The G‑300 secures refrigerated compartment doors against unauthorized opening, while the X‑10L continuously senses internal temperature changes to detect refrigeration anomalies.

• Support local and remote lock & unlock, fully record operator, time and location of each operation.
• Anti‑tamper alarm is triggered and pushed to backend immediately if lock rope is cut or pried, or compartment door is opened illegally.
• Temperature abnormal warning is triggered if compartment temperature fluctuates or deviates from the set range.
• Supported by HHDlink Cloud Platform, centrally manage smart locks and temperature terminals, query GNSS tracks, lock/unlock logs, temperature curves and alarm records, realizing full‑chain traceability from shipment to receipt.
